Happy Tuesday! I was rising and grinding early this morning! Body pump/ lifting! This is week #3 of getting back to the gym. It hasn’t been very hard to get up in the morning since I have a routine down. I love the energy that I have and I have been sleeping great! I always wonder why I stopped in the first place. My head is in a good place now and there is no negative thoughts around me. .

Never miss a Monday! That is a motto that I want to live by! Got up early this morning for a interval cycling class. My heart rate was high and I also tasted too. Feeling good. Had a relaxing weekend and now it’s time to work. So up early and I work a 14 hour day today. So this will keep my energy high. .

Went for a 21km bike ride. The Fitbit says 19.5km because I paused the tracker and forgot to turn it back on. The ride back was slightly uphill all the way. Plus we had a heat warning. I might have overdone the ride but the post ride meal and drink(Partake non-alcoholic IPA) was soooo good. Good way to end the weekend.

Happy Tuesday! It’s day 7 for me. I got up and went to a body pump class at 5:30am. I went up in weight and I can feel it already in my legs. The workout was much needed. I actually do miss my lifting days but I hope to get back to them here in the next month or two. Does anyways else struggle with getting up and once the work is done say to yourself that was so bad. That’s me for sure. I love the way I feel after getting a good sweat on but getting there is the struggle. Well here is to week 2! .

Happy Thursday and my #day4 of getting back to my workouts and clean eating. Just like this shirt I wore this morning I am stronger everyday! So far I haven’t had to have afternoon coffee and I am not feeling tired all the time.
I will say weekends are the worst for me. I have a problem with binge eating when no one is home. It something I have always done, but I want/need to break that cycle and use food for fuel.
