Thanksgiving prep is well underway at Little Frog! Last night, Chef @badassmaw rolled up our 10 special turkeys. Each ballotine of boneless turkey is filled with a chestnut, foie gras and pork sausage stuffing before getting wrapped in caul fat and tied. They’ll be resting and taking shape before we roast them whole on Thanksgiving morning!
