Kale, Spinach, Collard Greens, Beats, Celery, Cucumber, Pineapple and Carrots. Did a lot of juicing today and have been eating a ton. Powerlifting meet is tomorrow and I am 12lbs under the limit for the 105kg class so taking advantage of that! I really don't care how I place just want to have fun and at least hit my goal weights. 550 Squat, 415-25 bench, and over 600 deadlift. I also ditched my squat shoes and will be doing all my lifts in the A7 deadlift slippers.
