3 ct bench 2x2 @8 - 155, bench 4 x 5 @7 - 145, incline bench 3 x 5 @7 - 120/125/130. 3 ct felt like rpe 8.5, but had to try it out cause 150 would have felt like rpe 7. Incline is progressing pretty well, hopefully will be doing a plate soon for reps. My inzer belt is coming in on Thursday, so squats and deadlifts are gonna start feeling a lot more comfortable from then on. I’m also starting to eat cleaner from now on until winter break, in order to cut down off a few lbs. this semester has been fantastic on terms of strength, since all my lifts have gone up drastically and my total has increased by over 120 lbs. But right now I’m hovering around 17% bf, so I’m hoping to lower it to around 16 by just watching what I eat. My calories will remain around the same, so I don’t compromise my strength progress.
