I'm convinced there is no formula, best practice or guide to getting your first few customers. It's straight up old school hustle and street smarts.
But here is a few things I’ve learned over the last decade of active involvement in trading, investing, and bots design ... ⠀
First, "the hustle" has to be iterative and smart. Every meeting should improve upon the last. Every product release, incorporate more feedback. Obsess over your market and keep giving, giving and then give some more.⠀
Second, is understanding market timing and using it to your advantage. Right away, you will *not* have the perfect product, for the perfect customers and the exact right time. So why waste your time selling a product they don't even know they need? Early focus should be on creating a demand or awareness on your solution.
Be the one who everyone coins as "that guy" or "that girl." If you're smart about what you're about, it will pay dividends tomorrow.
