One of our best Swiss meals on our trip @lucerne_switzerland
First one is a local speciality chugelipastetli, a large vol-au-vent with cream sauce, veal, mushrooms, grapes. The puff pastry was beautifully presented and crispy. The cream sauce was not as rich as I thought it would be. Really nice.
Second dish is fresh veal liver roasted in butter served with Rösti.
