A very simple quick and easy way to make chocolate chip cookies!
•1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour •3/4 cup packed brown sugar •1/2 cup granulated sugar •3/4 tsp salt
•3/4 tsp baking soda
•1 ripe banana (as an egg replacer. you can also use a chia or flax seed "egg" by mixing 1 tbsp of chia or flax seeds with 3 tbsp of water, set it aside for 10 min and you have an egg! or just use a mushed banana. or 1/4 cup of apple sauce)
•1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
•3/4 cup vegan butter (or coconut oil) in room temperature.
Mix the butter with the sugars then add your egg alternative and finally the rest of the ingredients. Makes about 30 cookies. Place on a pan and bake in a pre heated oven at 375 (170 C) for 9-11 (until golden) Enjoy!
