For dinner tonight I made this beautiful dragon bowl inspired by @naamrestaurant, Vancouver’s oldest vegetarian restaurant
This bowl features brown rice, avocado, sautéed tofu, steamed broccoli and potato, topped with freshly grated beets and @naamrestaurant miso gravy 🤩
Mung Bean Sprouts, Black Beans, Mushrooms, Radish, Broccoli, Falafel Balls, and Mashed Avocado mixed with Sriracha Sauce.

HEALTHY VEGAN PIZZA went down tonight Just goes to show that you can “healthify” any of your favorite foods. Made this using @traderjoes cauliflower pizza crust (such good ingredients), and topped half with sugar-free marinara,and half with dairy-free pesto from @wholefoodsnorcal. Added spinach, garlic, onions, eggplant and broccoli and topped with lotssss of nutritional yeast post-pic!
Seriously what can't you make with jackfruit? Lesson learned, nature's given us everything we need without the need to kill other animals for delicious food. This time we give a nod to all our Korean food lovers with this awesome exclusive recipe for vegan Bulgogi from our man @rustic.vegan. Secret Menu fries from @eatbychloe for lunch/dins tonight in Manhattan cause @veganpufferfish made me do it.
Air fried french fries, spicy seitan chorizo, whiskey onions, chipotle aioli and tofu crema with a side of Junkie Juice (kale, spinach, wheatgrass, cucumber, parsley, lemon) because balance.
Back in my hotel room lamenting not purchasing one of the cupcakes there earlier.

Like I said in my post about Brussel Sprouts, I try to mix my foods up because food combining is super important.
Sometimes though I just want my simple favourites. .
•Spicy sriracha tofu
•baked broccoli •baked asparagus
•brown basmati rice
I try to not use to much oil when I am cooking so for my broccoli and asparagus I bake them at 350 degrees for 25ish minutes(until tender). I don’t use any oil, just a tiny bit of water in the pan to keep them from burning.
I truly believe that leftover compilations make the best meals... today's lunch was beer and quinoa salad, roasted carrots and cauliflower, tempeh, mixed greens, and tahini dressing
