REIS 🍚😍 in jeglicher Form mit allen möglichen Soßen und allem was dazu gehört einer meiner absolut favorisiertesten KOHLENHYDRATQUELLEN. Zusätzlich ist er frei von Gluten, was ja auch nicht schlecht ist ☺️. ‼️ Doch einen NACHTEIL hat das Ganze‼️ Reis wächst in stehenden Gewässern und das Grundwasser in den Reisgebieten ist teilweise nicht das beste 😳🙉. Beispielsweise ist die ARSENBELASTUNG 📈 (Schwermetall) relativ hoch, was sich sehr negativ bei uns auswirken kann... was tun⁉️ Am besten ist es den Reis über nacht einzuweichen, anschließend ordentlich zu spülen und im Anschluss mit 5 Teilen Wasser zu kochen. Das kann den Arsengehalt um ca. 80% senken📉. Die am wenigsten belastete Sort ist scheinbar der BASMATIREIS, wobei Bio und nicht Bil bestimmt auch einen Unterschied ausmachen kann 👍🏽✌🏼. Schonmal von der Problematik gehört❓

Information & motivation can play a big part in eating a certain way, if it be a calorie deficit or surplus, but eating can also be controlled by the environment in which you are surround by🔑
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For example, something as simple as breakfast, lunch & dinner. You're more likely to eat purely because of the environment, rather than eating because you're hungry. When you're eating with other people, say 6 or more, food consumption goes up 71% (Deborah et al., 2008)⬇️

Eating is a big part of life and an automatic behaviour we all display. Being more conscious of your environment & actions you can easily lose or gain weight. Having small plates to have smaller portions, keeping snacks away from your work desk, being aware of eating from environmental influences, are great ways to practice mindful eating & kick your food habit☑️🔑🌞
