SMOOTHIE SUNDAY!! These are a daily for me and my go to to get has much nutrients into my body in the most effective and efficient way possible. The first is a "superfood smoothie" - chia, flax and hemp seeds, bananas, oats, raw cacao and maca powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, frozen blueberries and activated almond milk. The second is a green alkaline smoothie - baby spinach, ginger, cucumber, orange, lemon, mango, white peach, avocado and filtered water (usually have grapefruit and lime too).
