Cholesterol is only found in animal products. I made the choice that I want to live as long as I can. And a vegan diet is the first step. Which is more extreme: being on 12 pills and knowing your next burger could be your last. Or.. eating veggie burgers everyday, as many as you want, for the rest of your long life? I wish everyone I care about would consider doing some form of a vegan diet. I don’t want to loose you guys early.
