Here's all my delicious food for the week!! I feel like I'm eating so much but I'm just following the plan for my goals & weight! Eating smaller frequent meals throughout the day and fueling specifically for the bananas workouts im doing! Starting the day bright (well... dark) and early with tofu scramble & oatmeal, post workout superfoods shake, post workout fried rice meal, sweet potato with chickpeas, tempeh and brown rice, green smoothie with pineapple and coconut milk, green smoothie with chocolate protein powder, and a veggie burger with spinach. Basically like 7 servings of spinach a day with some carbs and protein mixed in! Plus peanut butter in my smoothies and oatmeal. So far it's been delicious and I've felt comfortably full all day long! eating all sorts of foods and keeping it clean! Gotta fuel my body for my workouts!! ♀️♀️♀️lemme know if you're interested in any of the recipes!
