Рецепт прост, лёгок в исполнении, если добавить соевый соус и маринованный имбирь - заменит суши😉
Ингредиенты:
Готовый рис (лучше в мультиварке по рецепту из кулинарной книги, т.е. 250г риса на 350 мл воды)
Начинка (у меня красные атлантические водоросли)
Нори
`
Моем руки, не вытераем! Лопаткой набираем рис, кладём в руку, в центр выкладываем начинку и залепливаем с краёв. Придаём форму треугольника, с одного из краёв прикладываем полоску нори так, чтобы она шла от центра с одной стороны до центра второй. Вкуснее всего макать в соевый соус, сверху положить кусочек маринованного имбиря 👌

VIET INSPIRED NOODLE SOUP 🍜 ⠀
Since travelling through South-East Asia I crave rice noodles even more than I did before 😋 This noodle soup, which resembles a Vietnamese Pho, did wonders for me a couple of days ago when I really felt under the weather. 🌦 In this huge bowl of spicy and hearty broth I have: steamed pak choi, red onions, enoki mushrooms, basil (unfortunately had no Thai basil), and tofu slices fried in sesame oil, black sesame seeds, lime & of course rice noodles 😍 I simply ♥️ it, definitely gonna eat this again soon 😍⠀

🌱1 спелое авокадо 🌱Помидорка 🌱перец и соль 🌱лимонный сок 🌱хлебушек (у меня цельно зерновая булочка) ⠀
Авокадо вилкой размять в пюре и намазать им хлеб. Помидор порезать кружочками и выложить на бутерброд. Посыпать перцем и солью, выжать пару капель лимонного сока. ⠀

At the moment I am reverse dieting from my show, I don’t want to start eating everything in sight because my body was put under stress for prep, if I eat loads now I will likely gain loads now too! But I am allowing myself treats and more clean food in the week! Don’t worry I’m not starving myself, I never was 😘

I still have goals I want to reach and that’s why I eat the way I do. I feel better for it mentally and physicaly. To you it may look like I don’t eat “normally” but bodybuilding is an extreme sport and it will probably never be seen as “normal”. The average woman in the UK is a size 14, so I guess compared to average a lot of us wouldn’t be considered “normal”.
-I have had messages to say what I do is unhealthy but to me the average diet in the UK filled with junk food is not “normal” either! I have lived that lifestyle before and i felt terrible for it! So I will carry on living my “normal” and you can carry on living yours 😽 as long as each individual is happy and healthy that’s all that matters!

I do allow myself treats but I prefer to experiment and make myself something like these Chickpea Oat Cookies on the weekend :) Recipe for 2:
Blend 1 drained tin of chickpeas, 80g gluten free oats, 30g @nutrisslim peanut butter, 15g @rawsportofficial protein and some stevia. Bake for 30 minutes and top with goodies! I went for @goupiegroupies @sweetfreedomuk and @wholeearthfoods 😍

Weekend inspiration!

Vegan blood orange & double chocolate cheesecake 🍰 .

BASE;
3/4 cup raw Almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 cup Medjool dates

ORANGE LAYER;
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours (then drained and rinsed)
1/2 tsp soy lecithin (non-GMO)
1 Tbsp blood orange zest
1/3 cup blood orange juice
2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
2 Tbsp @biomedicalsaus coconut oil

CHOCOLATE LAYER;
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours (then drained and rinsed)
2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
2 1/2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
100ml nut mylk
2 Tbsp @biomedicalsaus coconut oil

WHITE CHOCOLATE LAYER;
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours (then drained and rinsed)
2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
3 Tbsp nut mylk
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 Tbsp cacao butter

Directions;
1) To make the base;
- Combine all your ingredients in a high speed food processor, running on high until your mixture has combined. Press into your chosen mould (we used a 6 inch cake tin)
2) Orange layer;
- Melt your coconut oil over a hot water bath, allow to cool.
- Combine your soaked cashews, along with the rest of your ingredients (except for your coconut oil) in a high-speed blender, blending on high until your mixture is completely smooth. Add your coconut oil, blending again to combine.
- Pour your orange mixture into your cake tin, and set in the freezer.
3) Chocolate layer;
-Follow the same method as your orange layer. Layer your chocolate layer over your orange layer once it has set. Set your cake in the freezer once again.
4) White chocolate layer;
- Melt your cacao butter over a hot water bath.
- Combine the rest of your ingredients in your blender, blending on high until completely smooth. Add in your melted cacao butter, blending to combine. - Layer on top of your set chocolate layer, and put back into the freezer to allow your cake to set.

超簡單&超營養植物奶自己做^^ 榛果奶

早餐喝膩牛奶 豆漿了嗎? 來點新鮮的''堅果奶''吧!

今天我們挑了兩人都很喜歡的"榛果"作為這次的主角啦!
榛果又稱為"堅果之王"
榛果中有不飽和脂肪酸,能去除自由基、抗氧化(保年輕啦)
降膽固醇,且含有鎂、鈣、鉀等微量元素
還有一點 對現代出生的我們都很重要 榛果能提升視力 緩和用眼過度的疲勞唷!!
看韓劇用手機太多的~~來來來~一杯榛果奶給他喝下去就對了

榛果......................... 165克
水 ..............................750ML
糖...............................(可加可不加)
果汁機 1個
濾網 1個

所需時間只需不到20分鐘 快開始吧!😁 1.將一杯的榛果泡在室溫開水中一天

買榛果可以去有進口國外產品的超市購買 網路上也有 選擇還很多的!

至於要買去皮的還是未去皮的?
沒有一定喔! 都OK❤

我們建議買熟的榛果 也就是已經烘烤過的榛果比較方便 
不然買生的話 得自己先在烤先在烤箱烤過 有點小麻煩捏 (非得自己烤的話 將榛果平均撒在烤盤上 100度烤約15-20分鐘 放涼再處理)

現在天氣還是很熱 建議大家將榛果浸泡後放冰箱保鮮!

浸泡過後的榛果水會有點濁濁的 並且有一層油浮在水面上 這是正常的 別害怕! 因為榛果帶有豐富的油脂啦!

2.接著把榛果放進果汁機 倒入三杯室溫開水

那杯放一天的榛果濁水要倒掉
用開水稍微洗一下榛果再倒入果汁機
如果各位要加糖就是在此步驟加入
砂糖或蜂蜜都可以 甜度依自己的口味調整

3.按下中速打約一分鐘 再轉為高速打一分鐘

看榛果已經幾乎沒有顆粒 呈現滑順泥狀即可停止

4. 將榛果汁過濾

若各位家裡有濾豆漿的紗布也可以用喔

豆漿網被擠破一個大洞所以...不然用豆漿網是擠得比較乾淨啦

5.渣渣可別急著丟掉!
等等教大家怎麼利用它做好吃又營養的美式燕麥榛果餅乾

完成啦~潔白 香氣十足的榛果奶
如果各位想做點小變化 可以加入巧克力粉或是巧克力醬
