Elephant Killed After Circus Truck Carrying 5 Elephants Overturns In Spain.
This should never of happened, it's not natural for them to be bound by chains and shipped like cargo from location to location. The four surviving elephants stood over their friend’s body. Elephants are highly intelligent creatures and mourn the death of a fellow elephant.
The motorway was closed for 2 hours while fire personnel and concerned drivers tried to help.
Two of the elephants involved in the wreck suffered large cuts to their faces and legs. “This terrible incident symbolizes all that is wrong with the use of animals in traveling circuses,” said Animal Defenders International President Jan Creamer. “Instead of a life in the wild, these incredible animals are being carted around the country, confined and forced to perform. Please don’t visit a circus with animals and help stop their suffering today.” The growing majority of the public agrees that they don’t want to watch captive animals perform silly tricks. Over 40 countries worldwide have banned the use of wild animals.

Zoodles with Avocado Basil Pesto by @naturallyzuzu - raw vegan, keto & gluten-free all in 1.
Avocado Basil Pesto Zoodles:
4 medium size zucchini processed through a zoodle machine aka spiralizer. Set aside in a bowl.
4 oz water
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup spinach
1/3 cup pumpkin shelled seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
3 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend the Pesto ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour over the Zoodles. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and more nooch. Enjoy!

Vegan Pre- & Post-Workout!
Who of you is obsessed with optimizing pre and post workout nutrition? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let me free you from that.
You don‘t have to run to the locker room to drink a protein shake within 30 min. of your workout. You don‘t even have to perfectly time your pre-workout!
If you‘re interested in building the body you desire you first gotta take care of: a good workout routine, a daily calorie/macro/portion framework, good sleep and not too much stress.
Pre- and post-workout nutrition comes way after that!
So you can definitely train fasted & get some protein & fast carbs in your system post workout, but you can also ..
do the exact opposite!
It makes sense to have some good protein every 4-6h and you‘re good to go. So if you ate 2h before your workout, you can eat 2-3h after your workout! (Assuming it‘s 1h long)

Ok så testade den här idag och andra ingrediens är rispulver så den smakade ganska mycket ris men den var god i konsistens för den smälte väldigt lätt den var väldigt lätt att förtära också, liksom den försvann på 10 min av endast 1 person. Btw den andra chokladen som jag också testade (min story) var god men inte lika god, gillade inte att den var så torr men åt upp drygt halva ändå bc min jävla matsmältning som typ är fuckad. Seriöst blir pank pågrund av att jag köper för tre pers varje dag trots att bara jag får maten ♀️♀️ aja guess i’m ”lucky”. Köpte också en kvarg och 2 keso också för de var kort datum så de slank ner också, förlåt för tmi men vafan (och väääldigr lång text)

Blackberry nice cream with frozen berries, banana and quinoa pops On my second bowl already Blackberries are just starting to appear in the garden in love with their vibrant colour! 🤩 Added a tbsp of macadamia nut butter to this (best nut butter everrrr ) but you can add any nut butter, it helps to make sure the natural sugars are released slowly.
