I am a nutritionist who specializes in vegan and vegetarian nutritional therapy.
I spent the last ten years of my life studying the effect of nutrition on people's lives. I became vegetarian in 2015, as a result of my research in Rheumatology, and I had so many questions and not enough answers. The last three years have been focused on working, studying, and learning from professionals and experts in the plant-based community.
I am formally educated and have received my Bachelor of Nutrition, and an M.Sc. in Rheumatology, where I studied the impact of an anti-inflammatory diet(s) on chronic diseases and low impact fractures. Currently, I am completing my Ph.D. where I am studying the relationship between supplementation of anti-inflammatory nutrients and diets on Psoriatic Arthritis and Psoriasis.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband.
