Sauté 1/2 red onion in grape seed oil, stir for a few mins. Add tspoon cumin seeds, tspoon turmeric, tspoon garam masala, 1/2 tspoon cinnamon, stir until fragrant. Then add handful of sliced mushrooms, 1 cup cooked chickpeas, 1 cup cooked sweet potato. Stir for a few mins until mixed together and coated in spices.
