Took my progress pics & stats, prepped food for the week, and checked in with the ladies in my fitness support group...we are ready to ROCK!
Tomorrow we will kick off our 8 weeks of transformation together with a brand new at home workout program. Physical transformations are great, but what I care about the most are the MENTAL GAINS
This is not some “fat burner” pill or get fit quick program..this takes TIME and REAL effort! We aren’t just striving to lose weight or gain muscle, we are striving to become the best version of ourselves, for our families, children, loved ones...for ourselves & our future
I asked the ladies in my support group to think about why their health & fitness journey is important to them, why they will push through even when time gets tough, and I asked them to envision how they will FEEL when complete this program, knowing they gave it their all!
If you’re on your journey or just starting out, I want you to think about this too it’s not easy, but it’s so damn worth it I’m always here to guide you along the way
