The color of the day is apparently green... Diced up some green peppers for the little and left them bigger for dipping if desired for the elder son. Funny, I didnt actually expect either of them to like raw green peppers but if you allow your kids in the cooking process as food testers and helpers, you discover things you otherwise wouldn't know. That's worthy of letting those little hands in the kitchen more often than not! .
