My Everyday Green Smoothie
For the past several years I have started my morning with this 5 Ingredient Nutrient packed Elixir

If you are new to smoothie making do not fear this is a great starter. Measurements for all ingredients are customizable. Add more fruit for a sweeter flavor or less for a more vibrant flavor.
2 cups kale
2 celery stalks
1 whole lemon
1 cup frozen mango
Throw all items in blender along with 1.5 cups of cold water. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy
