#momlife the mess in the pic, pssst- it’s always there. My time for breakfast, nonexistent. Grabbing a big batch out of the freezer of granola I prepped ahead of the time is crucial so I make sure to fuel before the am run.

In a big bowl (I didn’t measure a dang thing but went off of consistency) mix oats, unsweetened toasted coconut, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds (any nuts you choose), tahini (trust me on this), honey, about 2 tsp. cardamom, a sprinkle of salt, and a few chocolate chips. Mix until well coated.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and baked at 350 (convection 325) degrees for 30 min. Eat some right away or freeze in air right container or ziplock to grab and go later.
