You can eat this fryup every day! Save this post for the recipe and cook tomorrow.

Fry-ups are delicious but they can be messy and loaded with an excessive amount of calories. This is the ultimate breakfast - a one #traybake ready in 15 minutes that you can eat every day. We’d also happily eat it at any time of day. It is so easy, just pop everything in to the oven, chill out with a cuppa, then dig in. Pair with mashed avo (if you are a fan). This meal will leave you feeling light and energised.

Save this post so you can make it tonight (recipe below), ready for breakfast tomorrow.
INGREDIENTS
shortcut bacon
mushrooms
cherry toms
baby spinach
eggs
chilli flakes (optional)
chia seeds

METHOD
*Preheat the oven to fan 200°C and line your widest baking tray with baking paper. Spray with cooking oil.
*Spread out all the ingredients in the lined and greased baking tray, excluding the eggs and spinach (don’t worry – you will make space for them later).
*After 10 minutes in the oven, take out the tray, flip over the bacon and mushrooms and push them to one side, then add another spray of cooking oil. Throw in the spinach, make four indentations in it and carefully crack in the eggs.
*Put the tray back in the oven for a further 4–5 minutes until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Remove from the oven, and give a good grind of salt and black pepper. Sprinkle over chia seeds and chilli flakes (if using) to serve.

BREAKFAST SWITCH UP

My breakfasts have changed a lot over this last week! .
What’s changed? .
Instead of porridge and toast on its own I have made them a lot bigger!..... but have incorporated either half a plate of veg, or a mixture or fruit and good fats with a quarter protein and a quarter carbs and are a lot more:

BALANCED

These breakfasts are a lot more filling and I’m definitely more satisfied.

SNACKS .
I now have 2 healthy snacks a day 1 mid morning and 1 mid afternoon but instead of just fruit on its own I mix it in with a handful of nuts and seeds, this contains more fibre and balances out your blood sugar levels so again more satisfied which will sustain me until my lunch.

Good morning!!! Nomnom!! Woke up to breakfast in bed!! - 3 egg whites whisked then two yolks added!! Boiled the broccoli and cabbage first!! put the bacon in the pan with a spray of frylight. SIMPLE FALL RECIPE IN POST! I don't always snap my breakfast, but couldn't resist this one. 😊 Hopefully where you are chanterelles and other wild mushrooms 🍄🍄 are either popping up on your walks, or in generous punnets at your greengrocer. In truth I bagged mine @tescofood , but will visit my fave independent in Stockbridge as I hope they will have some by now. Anyway, for this quick brekkie I toasted rye sourdough, and while it was browning I sautéed a good handful of torn chanterelles in evoo with a small garlic clove. Then I added about 1/4 tsp of paprika & 1/4 tsp of caraway seeds (eyeballed both of these). I scraped these out and then sautéed ribbons of rainbow chard until soft, then added a smooshed fermented black garlic clove. Mushrooms added back to pan with a squeeze of lemon. Plopped this glorious mess onto my slice of toast, green tea just handy, and 💥. Brilliant autumnal tastes come to Mama 😋 I really recommend getting a bulb of black fermented garlic. Such a complex, sweet-savory, umami-packed taste, minus garlic's bite. Chewy like candy, too. 😄 @balsajoblackgarlicuk in the UK is good but the likes of @waitrose have their own label. .

Irish food gets a bad rep. The is breakfast. Lots of veggies, farm fresh eggs, fresh baked bread (which I didn’t eat more than a bite because I was too full from my veggies and eggs!) + fantastic coffee.
Yes, there are pastries and fried foods available too but moderation 😊

In the spirit of celebrating momentous occasions... we want to wish our friends in the US a Happy National Waffle Day!! Here's a healthy spin on the traditional waffle you can whip up tomorrow. It uses our Sweet Potato rice so it's super healthy and naturally sweet - a great way to kick off your day 😋 .

SWEET POTATO VEGI RICE WAFFLES

Prep Time: 5 mins / Cooking time: 5 minutes

// MACROS
104 KCals 12.5g carbs per serving
.
// INGREDIENTS
▪️1 Pack of Fullgreen Sweet Potato Vegi Rice
▪️2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour (such as Chickpea flour)
▪️1 Large Egg
▪️1 tsp Baking Powder
▪️Vegetable Oil
▪️Pinch of Salt

// METHOD
Open the pack of Sweet Potato Rice and pour away any moisture from the pack
Add the Sweet Potato Rice, Flour, Egg, Baking Powder and Salt to the blender. Blend until smooth
Pre-heat your Waffle-maker and lightly brush (or spray) its plates with Vegetable Oil
Pour a small amount of Batter into the Waffle-maker and cook as recommended: approximately 2-3 minutes (though every waffle-maker will be different)
Don't take them out too early. Waffles are better crispy, and golden, on the outside
Serve them hot with toppings of your choice
Repeat until all the batter is used

Trying something new for brekkie...... potato cake, homemade 💁🏼‍♀️ with a poached egg... was ok, I like trying new stuff but tbh I’d probably change the way I made this next time 😂

Broccoli 🥦 and mashed potato combined with a teeny weeny part heA cheese 🧀 made into a pattie and pan fried (fry light is #free) it was tasty but the broccoli made it a bit bitter.... so next time I’d use less broccoli and use a @babybel.uk inside to make it more tasty 😋

🥞Grabbed some protein waffles while @movementonehq today.
Clearly, I LOVE butter! And I'm not afraid to enjoy food that brings me pleasure🧐.... As long as I keep a healthy balance! 🥗Does it seem weird to eat salad for breakfast though? If so, why?

I have smoothie breakfasts 3x a week. It keeps me fuller than cereals.
