The best thing about being on a #cleanse or specific eating plan is that you are more conscious, or #mindful, of your food choices. If you’ve been following me, you know I’ve been prepping for a herbal cleanse and am now in it full force. I’m not withholding food, I’m actually eating a lot! I’m supporting my body mostly with the right foods, like antioxidants, sulphuric and allium, building, and supportive foods. I’ve cut out specific ingredients (gluten, dairy, refined sugar and grains and alcohol). Most of what I’m eating is what’s on the upcoming Next Bite 4 Week Challenge, April 6. .
