When it’s #internationalyogaday but your body is just craving a hot sweaty run, you post a pic of your ideal yoga situation instead. I know I’ve said it before, but yoga has been instrumental in my life. It’s saved me from myself more times than I care to count. It’s brought me peace & healing, respect & admiration for my body & taught me to be okay with being a beginner (again & again). I sometimes stray when my body (but usually my mind) craves something else, but my mat is always there for me when I’m ready to come back. And that’s really what yoga is about - welcoming, accepting & loving without judgement. Namaste.
