I will just leave this recipe right here👇🏻 and say goodnight. I do love to share a recipe or two, and I smash out a to -die - for caramel slice, I was famous for it back in my baking days. This is just a simple little something you can whip up right now to get you through hump day. I always make this for my kids but I end up eating it 🙊
Who says weetbix are just for breakfast? This is an old old recipe from my childhood that i cut out of a magazine.
W E E T B I X S L I C E
3 weet bix, crushed
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup brown sugar
125g melted butter
Melted chocolate for the top, milk or dark
•Crush weet bix finely, mix dry ingredients then add the butter. •Pour into lined slice tin and press flat.
•Bake @ 180 degrees (160fan forced) for 20 minutes.
•Cool and pour over the melted chocolate.
