If you would like to adopt a Cruzan Puppy or Kitten please check out their website below! We need your help saving lives! #virginislandsstrong#hurricanemaria#cruzanpups http://www.stcroixawc.org

Hurricane Maria's impact on animals has been challenging to see but the Aspca is out there each and every day saving lives. I had the pleasure of passing out dog food my first week here with them and they are a great organization!#virginislandsstrong#hurricanemaria#staystrong
◇I wasn't sure it was possible but I'm happy to share that I'll be offering two yoga classes per week at the School of the Arts. Different days and different times. No big deal because we understand the universal truth of impermanence. ◇Whether you've done yoga all of your life or you've never done yoga, take time out for yourself! ◇Reconnect. Decompress. Detox your body + mind. Remember, you cannot give to others if you're not taking the time to give to yourself! Refill your cup.
