It’s been a while since the first time that I hit the gym. Though haven’t experienced any significant transformation yet (cuz haven’t strictly followed any plan lol), I’ve learnt more about many things pertaining to health, exercises, nutrition, etc. However, the most valuable lesson is about how to love and respect my body. I understand and want to share that distinct person has distinct size and shape, embrace your own and never compare them with the others’. Do exercises, adapt proper diet (which gives your body what it deserves), just because you want to (to lead a healthy life yourself for ex, and healthy does look different on everyone!!). Otherwise, don’t be hard on yourself to look like a certain model or to fit in someone’s beauty criteria. A beautiful soul and a happy mind are those really matter. Love yourself!!!!
