Guys I am down 5 lbs!!!! I know this probably doesn’t look like much, and trust me I am NO WHERE near where I want to be. But it’s the small victories, right? The road to being healthy and fit is a long one.
I am one of the worst people at following strict diets. ♀️ I have the worst sweet tooth but I have found a program that works for me! 30 minute workouts from home (while Wyatt is napping). A shake that has alllll the micronutrients you need throughout the day (and it doesn’t suck, so that’s a win!) and choosing healthier options throughout the day. Don’t get me wrong, ya girl has definitely had Oreos over the last 3 weeks, can’t quit those cold turkey
I am so excited to see where these programs and this journey can take me. The cool thing is, I’m doing it for me- and I have the support and accountability from my team to reach my goals!
