I’m going to try and tune out this week. Starting tomorrow, no thinking about work except for the three hours I have scheduled to do some. No posting on social media, which will mean less incentive for me to check social media. No checking email. Wait, that one might be too hard, but I did put an away message, so at least I won’t have to respond. I’m going to attempt to take walks, read books, and do a jigsaw puzzle. I hope everyone else is successful at having a calm holiday week. ⠀
