ALWAYS WARM UP!!! . . Just take 5 minutes out of your day to warm up before you lift weights. Wether you up your intensity in your workout or wether you add 5 minutes or wether you get off your phone, do what ever you can to add warm ups to your workout because they are good to : • increase range of motion (ROM) •muscle activation • increase blood flow •help prevent injuries •mind muscle connection •help movement patterns •gives you time to think about your plan of attack • helps open your joints. . . Bands are a great way to warm up as you can chose the level of resistance and control the motion before you start damaging muscle fibres with weights !
