@waterdragonsydney is located inside the new Harbord Driggers at Freshwater and offers up delicious modern Asian fusion cuisine. Everything on the menu sounds amazing which always makes choosing a tough gig. Ended up going for:
▪️Pork xiao long bao
▪️Buddha delight dumpling (vegetarian)
▪️Stir Fry green beans with garlic and chilli
▪️ Wagyu tri tip cubes, MBS 6-7+ with black pepper and mixed mushrooms
▪️Pork belly burnt ends sang choi bao
How do you even choose a favourite? The dumplings were steamed, hot and each little piece of heaven packed so much flavour. Beef was tender, melted in your mouth amazingness. Pork belly sang choi bow was something very different and unique which I am quite a fan of. Rich filling, with a house sauce and pickles to assist with making you want to go back for more and more! If your looking for a side, definitely recommend the green beans with garlic and chilli. Sensational!
You won’t be able to miss the bar here. Colourful and stocked with just about everything you can think of. The bar staff definitely know their stuff here and will definitely serve up a killer cocktail.. Recommend the espresso martini! Can never go wrong with one or two.. right? Some of the best dumplings I’ve had in Sydney.
