Already almost a month ago since I graduated from my RN to BSN program.
Not the best quality photo but I had all the feels this day.
I worked damn hard to finish that program
I had been an ADN RN for 4 years before I finally fully went back for my BSN. In those 4 years I enrolled in the program at least 3 other times from different schools where I’d start the program, drop it, restart, etc. Finally, I told myself enough is enough and while working two night shift nurse positions, moving several times, purchasing a first home, and dealing with hard times in personal relationships, was able to keep pushing through to wear my square little hat it may have looked easy from the outside but boy was it far from.
There had even been several occasions where I had to take my laptop to family vacations to get a paper completed
Bottom line, I did this for me, on my own, and didn’t need anyone else’s help. Not in my past goals and not in what I have coming. Nothing is gonna stand in my way #beyourownmotivation #JourneytoGradSchool #Fall2018
