Did you catch my #groceryhaul story? Check out this run down of what I normally get every week from the grocery store, I get all my pantry staples from @thrivemkt and the following fresh stuff from @harristeeter:
Leafy greens: each week I get a mix of spinach, kale, arugula romaine, etc. for salad bases.
Veggies: cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli sprouts to chop for salads.
Fruits: I stick with berries, usually just blueberries for snacking.
Carbs: right now I’m just doing sweet potatoes a few times a week.
Protein: chicken wings, chicken breast, ground beef, burgers, eggs, chicken sausage.
Others: coconut milk, goats milk feta, Greek yogurt.
That’s about it for my normal grocery haul each week. We do salads with different proteins, focusing on getting lots of leafy green and other veggies daily. #gottaeatyourveggies
