I think I should go on holiday more often 😂 4.75lbs off from Tuesday morning!!! I felt completely different about this holiday than when we went to America in September - then, I set off with the best of intentions but within the first few days it was a case of 'sod it' 😂 I didn't make too much effort to make healthy choices and I ate chocolate by the truck load! 😳 this time I felt much more in control (odd, given totm is looming 😂😂) and I only had one ice cream, one chocolate bar and 1.5 desserts 😂 walking the equivalent of two marathons on four days obviously helped too! 😂 I'm hoping this loss will give me a nice boost and help me stay on plan in the run up to Christmas 🤞🏻 .
I'm also thinking about permanently changing my weigh day! It kind of feels like a huge step to me and one I'm not completely sure about 🤷♀️ I've always weighed in at home at weekend since the start of my weight loss journey. However, I joined my local Wellness workshop back in February 2017 and I weigh in midweek there. This means I reset my weeklies at weekend, not when I go to my workshop. It also means that I sometimes find myself trying to juggle my points to incorporate the two weigh ins. Has anyone changed their weigh day by 3-4 days and, if so, how did you deal with your weeklies? Sounds stupid, but I'm just not sure if I'm ready to let go of my safety blanket of my weekend weigh in 😂😂
