so, so happy with this loss. I went over my weeklies (two big nights out ♀️) but I kept it tight otherwise. I also worked out - 1x Pure Barre, 1x SoulCycle, 1x Zumba and 1x at the gym while watching General Hospital. as part of the #slayformay challenge, I also surpassed 100 oz of water and hit my step goal of 11,000 each day. little changes are adding up!
