We all start somewhere, we all may do it differently but the point is we start. We hit a point where we stop making excuses for why we can’t, or we stop planning out how it’s gonna go and we just execute. Again the point is we just start. That’s so important. In January of 2017 my life changed forever and it wasn’t because I lucked into anything, it was because I grabbed myself by the throat (figuratively speaking of course) and told myself “Gary, if you don’t get your act together you’re gonna get worse and likely speed up death” I made a commitment to a set 4-5 days a week for working out and I never got away from that. I limited my portions, I did not drastically change my diet. Almost 11 months later and I’m down 92lbs. Me this time last year who spent all his time eating everything, laying around watching tv never believed I could do anything. I’d already failed 7 times previously to lose weight. You have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get your ass back to work keeping your eye on the prize at all times. Who’s with me? Still reading? I love you for that. You gonna crush Tuesday?
