Last weekend's grocery haul for last week's keto vegan meal prep. Fasting from meat and dairy for Orthodox Lent is hard when you're trying to stay on track and focused on keto. Usually I eat a lot of rice, beans, and bread, but this go around I had to stay away from those things. so, so happy with this loss. I went over my weeklies (two big nights out πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ) but I kept it tight otherwise. I also worked out - 1x Pure Barre, 1x SoulCycle, 1x Zumba and 1x at the gym while watching General Hospital. as part of the #slayformay challenge, I also surpassed 100 oz of water and hit my step goal of 11,000 each day. little changes are adding up!
