I’ve been MIA for a few days. I’m still down because of my knee. The stomach bug also hit and has gone through my family 🤢 Not being in the gym has put me back into old habits with my eating. Which is extra bad because I’m not even burning the extra calories in the gym. Getting my knee checked out again tomorrow in hopes they can actually help me with whatever is actually wrong!

When I started my new career I fucked up and let stress, crazy schedules, and being lazy with my food. Went from 207lbs to 220lbs and I was struggling hard core.
Once again I had to make the decision to buckle down.

It's no brainer that bloating is no fun and it can come at the most inconvenient times.

Bloating can happen for a number of reasons, and some might be as obvious as you might assume.

Hormones, stress, digestion problems, food sensitivities, eating too much fiber at one time, or even eating large meals can all cause bloating.

Sometimes it even happens for no reason at all, which is frustrating on a whole other level.

Whatever the case, certain foods (some drinks included) can combat bloating and help you gain relief quickly.

Eliminating salty foods, processed foods, foods with added sugar, and drinking plenty of water should be the first things you do to combat bloating.

Sugar and salt cause the body to hold onto water, so removing them is key to combat bloating more than anything else.

Last but not least, Water will help flush out toxins that cause bloat and will actually help relieve water weight via the kidneys.

Last week I cut back on some calories and stayed focused when my week got SUPER challenging!!! I wanted to eat all my favorite comfort foods but I said Nah girl you gotta have some control☝🏾...I had a gift voucher from @hellofresh so I’ll be having a nice full lunch so I’m not STARVING at 5 and I’m not craving carbs at 9!!!! By cutting my caloric intake by 200 I was able to reach my goal of losing my weight this week!!! 2.5lbs!!!! So I’m determined💪🏾 to do it again this week!!! Citrus chicken breast and veggies
Shrimp and veggies (trying to get back into asparagus 🙄) my Hello fresh meal of Stuffed peppers and couscous...and Breakfast cookies😋!!!! I’ll also be making some Chia Pudding for breakfast as well!!

Baby got back 💪🏻😋👍🏻 No days off this week. Today is normally my rest day but I woke up with a major need to hit the gym. I listen to my body when it says I need a break or when it says, GO HARD. I have to take a moment for a Sunday sister shout out!! With busy schedules we haven’t been able to catch up since Christmas and when she walked in I was like “dayyyyyuuummmm girl!!!!”!!!!!!!! My sister @lindsey5625 has been on this journey with me for a while. She was killing it and then last year had an accident that messed up her hand it affected her whole body with pain. Unable to work, managing 4 kids, 2 bonus kids and the chaos that life throws at us daily it was hard for her to be able to work on herself. If you’ve been through a serious injury you can relate to what that does not only to your body but to your mind.
Like the badass she truly is she fought to get back to being happy. As her hand was healing she started working on her nutrition with the 2B mindset. Once she was able to start working out again she started LIIFT 4 and got back into her workouts and running again. (Apparently the love for running stopped at her and wasn’t passed to me 🤣). And now here she is. 45 POUNDS DOWN! And continuing to push towards feeling healthy, happy and crushing her goals!! - Alarm goes off at 6:30am: “Why the fuck did I sign up for this”

- After the first snooze: “Maybe I’ll just keep sleeping, screw running in the cold”
.
- Second snooze: “Okay I guess I should get up now”
.
- Stepping outside: “Ahhhhh it’s freezing”
.
- Getting to race site: “Okay this isn’t that bad”
.
- Waiting for race to start: “I’ve got this!! Excitement sets in.”
.
- Gun goes off: “Why didn’t they do waves?? Too much congestion, weaving in and out of people”
.
- 1k in: “I’m going too fast, I need to slow down or I’m going to set myself up for failure. My brain says to slow down and just run at my planned 6:00 pace, but my heart sees 5:15 and starts thinking about possibilities of a sub 25 finish.
.
- Turn around point: “Wow this is going by really fast”
.
- 3.5 km: “Fuck this hill”
.
- 4km: I take a 20 second walk break. But I can hear the finish line, gotta keep going.
.
- Finish line: I think I may cry.
.
5k personal best: 27:55. A whopping 5:47 faster than my previous PB of 33:42. ❤️🏃🏻‍♂️

I apologise i havnt posted much of my progress pictures i guess i struggle to see a differnece. But this one is real and i can see it and i believe it. From october-february i think this can be the dress i use for progress :) really happy with my lossthis week just hope i can keep ot up this week and get away from the danger zone where its so easy to flip in and out of different numbers. Ninja styles in my new #zozosuit. This thing is so cool (this is not an ad btw). Zozo seems to be a clothing company that does custom clothes based on your exact measurements. The cool thing is that you can get one of these suits with like a billion sensors in it that gives you exact measurements of your body. It syncs with their app and it's an awesome way to keep track of changes. The suit was totally free and I just had to pay $10 in shipping to Canada. I'm excited to put this baby back on in a month and see the progress. Who knows...I may order a pair of customs jeans one day when I hit my goal weight! 👖

Vous avez pu remarquer que c'était la zone que je cible plus particulièrement avec les fessiers, ces derniers jours j'ai constaté que j avais beau faire et refaire des exercices dédiés aux abdos tt les jours ces derniers ont tt de même beaucoup de mal à se manifester ( en tt cas comme je le voudrais)! Bien que sur mon dernier post on peut voir une différence nette, je vous assure que c'est le contraste de la photo qui joue car certe ils sont visible mais j'ai malheureusement encore du gras qui rode tout autour 😅🙈savez vous quelle est la solution :
Cardio intense ! Tout simplement,car faire des exercices uniquement ciblé abdos ne vous fera pas perdre la graisse ! Vous devez l'éliminer avant de chercher à les faire ressortir, au départ ça avait très bien fonctionné sur moi mais j'ai du me lâcher sur 2,3 menu entre temps 😅😂 oups.

Donc je songe à repartir sur minimum 3 séance de cardio intense avant de faire mes circuits pour faire ressortir ça d'avantage et + rapidement.

D'autres part n'oubliez pas de diversifier vos exercices, souvent on a tendance à se sentir stagner quand on refait trop souvent le meme training vous avez vu du changements donc forcément cest tentant de continuer mais vous pouvez alors augmenter l'intensité .

Recently I’ve had a few people ask me how much I’ve lost, and when I tell them they ask “when are you going to stop?” My answer: NEVER! Why would I stop? To me that implies that I will stop working out, stop eating healthy, etc. Listen folks.....there is no stopping, it’s called a lifestyle change for a reason. I’m working on making this my new norm, not a temporary fix. And no I won’t start looking like a stick 🙄 It’s not in my genetic makeup to be super thin. Silly Rabbit.
