Who’s already started feeling the Christmas guilt kick in

I know I have and it’s 2 weeks away still - a boozy weekend in Dublin and just generally having beer and chocolate put in front of me constantly is proving to be a real test

A bit of weight gain is to be expected this time of year, unless you’re prepping for something in January and are staying focused, I don’t see how you can say you’ve enjoyed the festive time socially with friends and family and not put a few lbs on

I’ll be beating myself up a bit this next few weeks, as my clothes tighten and my reflection isn’t what I want it to be

But sometimes I just have to take a step back and understand, it’s going to take a lot more than a few beers, mince pies and advent chocolates for me to be back where I was 5 years ago

So a few sensible choices here and there, restricting kcals on days when socials aren’t on the cards and just generally moving a little bit more - this is my plan to restrict the damage

C H R I S T M A S E A T I N G 🎄 Come December and food is thrown at us from every angle, at the office, Christmas parties, in the shops and so the list continues! 🤯 And whilst it’s likely you’re going to consume more food this month, it doesn’t mean you have to go all out just because it’s Christmas. As cheesy as it sounds, being present with you meals and more mindful of what you’re eating can make all the difference! These would be my top three tips to help you cope with increase of social events.
1.👉🏼 Enjoy a mince pie or two when it’s an experience, such as coffee with a friend or pudding at a party. Instead of at home watching TV, you’ll be less likely to overeat and enjoy it a whole lot more in company.
2.👉🏼 Save the snacks. When you’re at a party there’s always crisps, nuts etc laying around and once you’re in there’s no going back! Try to save your appetite for the main meal, to keep your mind off it try chatting to someone or grab a glass of water.
3.👉🏼 Yes it Christmas, but that doesn’t mean you have to say yes to everything. Apply a little common sense and you’ll feel a whole lot better once January comes back around.

Here’s How I & ALL of my Coaching Students Burn Fat FAST

INTERMITTENT FASTING. NOT eating first thing has a HUGE advantage for fat burning. To much to list here. Try the 16:8 method if you’re just starting out. Have your first meal around 12 p.m. & second meal around 8.

KEEP IT KETO. Once you break your fast, try the Keto approach by eating high fat foods while keeping carbs LOW. If you reduce your carb & sugar intake then your body has less glycogen that it has to work through to push out of your body thus getting you into that post sort of range much faster.

EXERCISE. Exercise will deplete glycogen even further making your body burn fat faster. Adopt a resistance based program with weight lifting & then cardio to further deplete your glycogen stores. Also, resistance training will make your body more insulin sensitive...
