For 10 years I ate fast food and drank soda all day, I mean I never even ate veggies until I was 27. There was this low point in my life, so low that I want only fed up with being 45lbs overweight and struggling with fitness for 12 years but even worse, I was disgusted with who I was, who I had become. That's when I used fitness to radically transform myself.
I stayed consistent with workouts, my eating, and I made sacrifices like no more hours of Xbox and call of duty. I just has to lean into the darkness, the pain and embrace the growth I was experiencing.
I learned that if I was willing to take action and mot wait to know everything or wait till I was perfect but just take massive action and stay consistent that I could achieve anything I set out to achieve.
