A bitchin workout deserves a bitchin video & today I have produced both 💪🏼 20mins As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) circuit. Lost count a little bit in the middle but reckon it was 22-24 rounds of the below, then a much more civilisedly paced core session

3 x power cleans @ 50kg
6 x press ups
9 x air squats
3 rounds of:
10 x trx jackknives
10 x barbell roll outs
10 x russian twists @ 10kg
10 x KB side bends @ 16kg

Finally was able to get this done and up on youtube 📽️🤞 Was a bit held back by injuries, editing hassles and copyright claims (lul). Definitely keen to get some more videos out so this was certainly a bit of a learning experience. This weekend I moved back to Orem, which officially starts my new life.

Keto Kids - Even though we are on vacation, it doesn’t mean that our health takes a back seat. I packed up these essentials to make sure I had what I needed for the kids. I froze the yogurts prior to traveling and stored them in the cooler until I could put them in the fridge. Full Fat plain Greek yogurt, @nordicnaturals strawberry DHA, @bulletproof brain octane oil, and @lakantosweetener monk fruit maple syrup.
Coconut oil is Lauric Acid (c12), Capric Acid (c10) and Capryllic Acid (c8)

MCT oil is (c10) and (c8)

Brain Octane is just C8 and is the one that converts more efficiently into ketones.
DHA - Omega 3s are great for brain development and function.
Please research and study this stuff on your own!

Happy Monday Folks! This training day was a banger! Shoulders felt great and had a blast! Check out the videos for movement ideas. These are just a few exercises. I also work in working sets of rotator cuff stims, lateral raises with cables, rear delt stim with cables. I try keeping it moving with very minimal rest. Its a GIANT set of 5 to 6 exercises, a drop set in there, and 20 reps each exercise with moderate to light weight. Is it vital? No it's not but do I use it, yes i do. Whey is a simple way of increasing your protein intake. I usually have it straight after a workout with fruits to make a smoothie. Easily digested and helps with recovery. I always try to have natural foods but if I'm rushing about and need something quick, I'll make myself a smoothie, helping me get the calories down me as well as having a high protein diet.

Won't I get massive if I have them or get fat if I have them without training much? No, if you were having them and you were then your clearly eating too much and need to cut down on your calorie intake

Try have a diet full of natural foods, but if needed then add some whey protein to increase your protein intake 💪

It took longer than expected, 6 months to be exact. I’ve been hovering above the 20lb mark for almost a month. I was getting a little lazy with the 80/20 rule. My own fault, I have the tools & I wasn’t making them work for me hard enough.😏 •
Want to know what’s awesome though?! I lost this weight in a SUSTAINABLE way. In a very much 80/20, hell 60/40 way. I knew that if I wanted to be successful & Keep this weight off I was going to do it in a manageable/LIFE LIVING way!
