Today is my birthday so what better day is there to talk about cake? Some time ago I did an experiment with 321 cake. I tried making it in the microwave vs the air fryer. It was a fun experiment. The cakes came out to 5 SPs each, plus any additional points for toppings. Here is my blog post of the results.

Official Weekly Weigh-In with @weightwatchers and I am down 2 more pounds! 12 pounds in 12 weeks...I’ll hawks it!! I also broke into the 250s this week, which I have not seen since 2009, right before my first back surgery. My adult low was 245 lbs (before my back issues began), so that is my next big goal/focus.
Sometimes things just don't go as you plan. Room service to the rescue! My hard boiled eggs that I brought for my "get back to normal-ish because I am headed home" froze in the hotel mini-fridge
I ordered a seafood skillet and did a @tradingcardioforcosmos spinach swap for the potatoes it's usually served over. I forgot to ask for the hollandaise on the side but they did it for me because I asked for a healthy swap. YAY!! #mindreading
Started #weightwatchers on April 1st. Slow but steady am I losing the weight. I'm only down 5 pounds in 2 weeks, my next weigh in is Monday so we'll see.
I have to start working out on a more consistent basis though. Too often do I get busy at work, bee and I make dinner together and at the end of the day, I'm #exhausted. I have 25 more pounds until my ultimate goal weight.
