I made Fluff!
Well technically it's mousse, but in all the ww groups online they call it fluff.

It's nice and zero points.

The dish I used here usually holds a jelly portion with fruit but this is double that amount.
So it's 1 sachet of sugar free jelly. I made it with 1/4 pint of boiling water and topped that up with 1/4 of a pint of cold water. Let this cool fully!
When it is properly cooled (but not set) whisk it with 500g of zero fat Greek yoghurt (I took the yoghurt out of the fridge while the jelly was cooling, to bring their temperatures closer together) Whisk it well and use a bowl bigger than you estimated as this will double in volume 😀
Stick it in some dishes and set in the fridge.

So far I've just grabbed a spoonful at a time for a sweet fix.

I've seen lots of failed attempts online where it has separated so I can't stress enough that the jelly needs to cool and the whole thing needs whisking well.

Cajun wedges with salad and a chicken breast coated in crushed salt and pepper chickpea shells. These are a bag of crisps that you can purchase in the meetings.
It was tasty and something different.

Breakfast 😍 Nutty breakfast bites (7sp). I make mine with one mashed banana, 1 beaten egg and 40g oats. I then top with half a banana sliced, 7 pistachios and 7g cashews. When baked I drizzle with 12g pbfit powder mixed with water.

Dinner- Ok I know this looks like a mess. However, it was very tasty. I had the weight watchers lasagne tonight for 9sp. Salad and veg on the side were 0sp. Forgot to post lunch today, was in a rush so just had time for a small tin of Ww beans-4sp. 😊🥗

Hallo ihr Lieben! Gestern gab es bei uns ein Rezept, das wieder einmal von @chefkoch.de inspiriert war und zwar vom User traumfänger74: gefülltes #schweinefilet in #salbeisauce.

Zunächst wird ein Schweinefilet gewaschen und in 4 etwa gleich große Stücke geteilt. Nun eine Packung #kochschinken, 2 Zehen #knoblauch und einen light #mozzarella würfeln bzw. in Scheiben schneiden. Dann eine Tasche in die Filets schneiden und diese mit #salbei auslegen - wir haben frischen aus dem Garten verwendet, aber getrockneter geht auch - und dann kommen noch die Knofizehen, Schinken und der Käse dazu, um die Taschen dann mit Zahnstochern zu verschließen und von außen zu pfeffern. Meine Taschen waren zu dem Zeitpunkt so prall gefüllt, dass ich dachte, dass zumindest der Mozzarella auslaufen würde. Das geschah aber nur ganz gering. Übrig gebliebener Kochschinken kam einfach so mit in die Pfanne. In 2TL Öl wurden die Filets dann rundum angebraten und anschließend kurz aus der Pfanne genommen. In dieselbe Pfanne wurde dann 1/4l Fleischbrühe und eine Flasche light Sahne aufgegossen, sowie zwei weitere gestückelte Salbeiblätter hinzugefügt. Alles verrühren und die Filets wieder dazu geben und noch ca. 5min köcheln lassen, schlussendlich nochmals abschmecken, fertig. Statt Nudeln gab es bei uns #romanasalat dazu, inklusive #gurke, #tomate und #zwiebel. Gewürzt wurde der Salat nur mit Salz, Pfeffer und Balsamicocreme.

Das Schweinefilet ist ein Sattmacher für 3Punkte. Anteilige 100g Kochschinken haben 2Punkte, 1/2 light Mozzarella 2,5Punkte, 1/2 light Sahne 3,5Punkte und 1TL Öl 1Punkt - macht in Summe 12 #flexpoints. Habt einen schönen Mittwoch 😊🌞🌻🌼🐈❤️.

Guten Morgen ihr Lieben! Gestern gabs für meinen Herzensmann #burger (dafür einmal wischen bitte) und für mich eine Salatalternative, mit der ich absolut leben konnte 😄. So habe ich mir fettige Soßen, Bacon und Burgerbrötchen gespart. Davon mal abgesehen, hatte ich alles, was im Burger war, auch im #salat 😊.

Für die zweigleisige Zubereitung habe ich je 200g #putenhackfleisch einmal so angebraten und einmal Patties daraus geformt und ebenfalls angebraten - meins ohne Öl, das für meinen Schatz mit Öl. Den ganzen Quatsch mit Ei im Hack brauchts meiner Meinung nach nicht, das hält auch so zusammen 🤷. Dann ist der #bacon in den Ofen gewandert, 200°C Ober-/Unterhitze für ca. 10-15min - muss man aber schön im Auge behalten, sonst verbrennt er. Danach Gemüse waschen und schnippeln - 2 kleine #tomaten, 1/2 #gurken, 4 #sauregurken, 2 rote #zwiebeln und ein #kopfsalat. Circa 1/3 ist für die Burger, der Rest für den Salat (das war eine gigantische Riesenportion). Mein Saltdressing habe ich mit 150ml Milch, Salz, Pfeffer und Xucker light angerührt - das hatte so gar nix vom Burgerfeeling. Mein Liebster hat fertige Cocktailsoße benutzt. Zum Schluss kamen dann noch die Burgerbrötchen kurz in den Ofen und dann wurde belegt. Neben dem normalen Burger habe ich für ihn noch einen mit Camembert und Preiselbeeren belegt. Das ist das schöne an Burgern - man hat so unendliche viele Möglichkeiten 😊🍔🥓. .

Für meinen Salat fallen für 200g Putenhack 7,5Punkte an und für 150ml 1,5%ige Milch 1,5Punkte - macht in Summe super sättigende 9 #flexpoints. Habt einen guten Start in die verkürzte Woche 😊🌞🌼🐈🌻❤️.

I love this recipe! It’s from a fab website; yousaytomatocooking.com by @gemcwade and host to loads of family friendly meals, many of which are now favourites in our house! I do make this with a few weight watcher tweaks which brings the points out at 9sp per portion but it’s a healthy recipe anyway. The broccoli & pea minted mash is awesome and best of all COMPLETELY FREE on the flex plan and can be cooked as a side for lots of different dishes.
