What can change in 3 years? That’s 36 months. 1095 days.
I’ve lost a lot pounds, inches, bottle after bottle of prescription medications, pain relievers and inhalers. I lost the migraines, the food intolerances, the tummy troubles, lingering pain and joints that could tell the weather. 😉 I gave up the suits and heels, alarm clocks and my dread of Mondays.
I’ve gained a lot, too. Time with the people I love, freedom from someone else’s demands, faith in God, and confidence in myself. I have built some of the most unexpected and fulfilling relationships with people I would never have met otherwise. I have witnessed the incredible ripple of over a thousand happier and healthier friends all because of one little yes.
The other day I asked Barks what the biggest surprise of our married life has been. “Your transformation in these last 3 years.” I’m so very grateful for these incredible products I get to represent and this life of enhanced health, happiness and freedom we get to live. I’m passionate about empowering others to build a life they love, too.
This would not have happened without every single one of you who have liked, shared, encouraged, challenged, and trusted me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And to think all this started with some eye rolls over some posts by my friend Emily Finnell, 🙄 which led to some research, some questions, a sample, a lingering nudge and a yes.
3 years. 36 months. 1095 days of living a life that is mine. Building a legacy. Watching friends face fears. Change lives and give back
More than we ever imagined.
Yep. Barks was right. Pretty big transformation. All because of a little yes.
Timing is everything. Let me know when it’s yours. I’ll always make time for my people. My tribe. Your WHYS are my own. ❤️
