Ok... so results of 80DO... (this is LONG) I will start with some “non scale victories”...
✅ cleared my mind for stress relief
✅ renewed sense of happiness
✅ a whole new group of ladies that have become friends ✅ increased muscles 💪🏻
✅ stronger core for improved running in my 5k goal for the year
✅ renewed confidence
✅ opportunity to help others start their journey to reach health and fitness goals

In 80 days I committed and followed a program. I have never done this before as I did not have the accountability! My schedule doesn’t allow for working out at a gym but this has allowed me the flexibility of having not only a program to follow, an awesome coach but also a whole group of amazing ladies! I did this for ME, I said yes to ME. Through a chain of events that have happened in our family, I lost who I was, I don’t understand depression but felt I took a blow in March when we received some results or a “label” from Childrens Hospital. I have cried and beat myself up internally... yes another blow came in May - I felt alone when I left ER with my youngest, she was totally limp as I marched across the street in my stinking high heals carrying her, holding my purse, papers, puke all over me... and more tears! But I don’t like to share this stuff and keep a smile on my face, say a lot of prayers daily to the Man upstairs... you see we all have something going on and our lives aren’t perfect even though we want others to think that. Long story short God was answering prayers in different ways. This being just one of them. .
When Stefanie reached out to me, timing was good, I was ready and committed. The 80 days flew by although my goal was not to loose weight, I did. I dropped 9 lbs total, lost 6.5” total but gained 1” with a net of 5.5” lost. Yes, my frame probably didn’t need that but I feel better and have gained muscle. I have bumped up my eating plan above my weight requirement and excited to continue this journey!! I am so excited to help you along the way as well!!

10/21 - lower fix this morning! I have been getting my workout in every day but a few days just didn’t feel like I had enough… and enough sweat! 💦So my warm up today was 1 mile on the elliptical. Not only was it for a warm up but my next 5K is coming up in a couple weeks and I haven’t trained at all for the running - I am ok with that because of the 80DO finish and now onto 21DF. BUT, still need some time in on the machine! And man, I did get the sweat on.. let me share -inside elbow, wrist sweat, forehead, temple and yep, the chin sweat! 💦💦

I will post my results from 80DO today as well!! These programs are LEGIT - you can workout at home, you can have an amazing community of support, you can have a FREE coach to guide you and you can GET RESULTS!! 💪🏻Trust me, I have gazed at fitness magazines and wished I had what those ladies had… but it WON’T COME from just looking and watching - you have to work for it! 👊🏻It may not be easy but it is SO WORTH IT!! Do this for YOU! Let me know how I can help - is it nutrition, fitness/exercise or is it both? .

My first recollection of eating a tomato wasn’t very pleasant. Actually, I still don’t really like tomatoes, but I eat em anyway because #health 😂 They’re 10x more enjoyable with an egg white scramble and avocados I can tell ya that much 😛 this is what I had for breakfast so I’m sure it’s bound to be a great day 😋
