Still Cutest Buns Rolling! 😍 People ask me all the time how I stay so positive and even dare I say confident, after having my body as I knew it changed forever? *
I remember as a child being told life isn't about what happens to you, but how you deal with it. How you react. About 5 years ago I made a change in the way I think, vowing to be stress free and to think positively always. Since then I haven't been depressed, as I often had been, and I live my life happily surrounded by love. Unfortunately, my mind and body would be tested in such an unimaginable way. I have had My Moments, times when I couldn't stop crying for hours. And times where I just wanted to give up, but I decided that these moments would have to be few and far between. I didn't get my life to such a great point by sulking and not using what I have to get to where I want to be. Being positive has completely been a choice, a difficult one at times, but I choose it because I feel this is the only way to live the life that I truly want and deserve. *
No matter what life throws at you, remember you can flip it! Your mindset is everything and when it gets tough know that you are tougher! ❤💪
