Breakfast: The start to every day’s success. When I’m feeling the effects of my food decisions, I kick it into gear by ensuring my breakfast wholesome. When I start a day pure, it leads to even better days without notice! Happy Monday! Get some greens in today!

Started my day off with this perfectly fluffy omelet 🍳 I filled it with some chopped red onion and @applegate sugar free bacon, topped with my all time favorite salsa from @traderjoes 😋 Adding some salsa on top of your omelet is a great substitute for cheese because it provides some of that moisture typically provided by cheese. Great way to train yourself out of the dairy obsession we all have! •

Mix two eggs together with a DASH of water
While whisking the egg, heat up your veggie filling(s) in the skillet with some olive oil spray on medium-high heat
Once eggs are ready to be added, lower the heat to medium-low and pour in eggs
Cover skillet with a lid (clear is preferred so you can watch, as timing varies depending how much filling you have, temperature, etc.) Once the edge of the eggs are solid, add any meat filling and carefully use a spatula to fold over the omelet so it creates a half moon shape
Cook for a minute or so on the flipped side, and then flip back over for one more minute before removing from heat and skillet

Let’s talk about meal prep! This is what we did this weekend- spaghetti sauce, meatloaf, ketchup, lots of poppers, sweet potato toast ready to be cooked, spaghetti squash for our meat sauce cooked and seasoned, and not pictured are Chile lime pepper rings, mayo, finished product of ketchup, and ranch dressing. This makes the week SO much easier especially when school is in session or for busy adults!! This is enough for lunches for the majority of the week, two full dinners are done for nights when we have practice after school and plated fats are made! I almost didn’t release my ebook out of fear that it’s not good enough, or no one will like it. I ended up releasing it hours too late out of fear that it wasn’t perfect. The constant self-doubt, self-criticism, the comparisons to other, more successful influencers. We are our toughest critic.

Get the F%#K out of your own way. That’s how. Quiet that little voice inside your head that tells you you’re not good enough or you’re not safe here. Feel the fear + do it anyway. Do it anyway.

Trust that it is more important to fulfill your authentic desires than listen to your fears. Trust that your intuition is leading you somewhere. Trust that the flow of life contains you, is bigger than you, and will take care of you- if you let it.

Antecipando os resultados da minha reintrodução de ontem, LATICÍNIOS!
Eu ia esperar os 2 dias limpos para analisar os efeitos, mas eles foram imediatos, já posso falar sobre eles!

Ontem fui à um churrasco e comi espetinhos de Muçarela, além das carnes e uma salada de maionese que eu mesma fiz.
.
Umas 4h depois tomei um ENO, estava me sentindo pesada e enjoada. Pensei que era pq comi bastante, churrasco é pesado e blablabla.
.
Umas 2h depois disso não tinha melhorado, comecei a sentir bastante cólica e o enjoo piorando... Não deu outra : vômito e diarreia.
.
Pensei que pudesse ter sido algo no churrasco que não tava legal, mas pensando bem, tinham outras pessoas lá, incluindo meu filho, marido, sobrinha, cunhada, sogra.... E ninguém mais passou mal.
.
Vou seguir com a reintrodução, quarta é a última, o gluten. E segunda dia 27 começo meu segundo ciclo. Depois disso, vou testar a reintrodução de novo dos laticínios e tb do álcool que não fiz.

Sigo enjoada e chateada, a única coisa que eu não queria abrir mão era do queijo....

Omlouvam se, ze jsem poslední dny málo aktivní na IG, nejako se mi sebehlo více veci najednou a já trosku nestíhám přidávat příspěvky.
Avšak o víkendu jsem dostala od kamarádky recept na cukeťáky.
Já je dříve dělala jen z cukety, avšak tyto mají v sobě kořenovou zeleninu ( mrkev,🥕 celer, petrzel ) dále cibule, cesnek, majoranka a bylinky dle vlastního uvážení. Vejce🥚psyllium, sůl, pepř. Smazim na Ghí, které si pripravuji sama, takže nemůže nikdy dojít. A tato verze je za me 🔝💕na talíři si na placky namazte lucinou ( tu já teď nemohu ) Mnami😋

One of the most comforting healthy dishes you will ever eat!

Creamy Paleo Chicken Skillet with Mushrooms and Bacon

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 slices bacon
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
6 oz. white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 14.5-oz. can coconut milk
2 cups fresh kale, stems removed and shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate and crumble. Set aside. Discard the bacon fat from the pan except for one tablespoon.

2. Add the onion to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft. Push the onion to one side and add the chicken to the pan. Lightly brown the chicken, and then stir in the bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in the bacon.

3. Add the white wine vinegar to the pan to deglaze. Add the coconut milk and kale. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the kale is wilted and the sauce is slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

Happy Monday!! I’m kickstarting my rather manic looking week with breakfast burgers, spinach, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. It’s near impossible to find #whole30compliant sausages in the UK at the moment so making my own breakfast burgers is a good compromise. I used pork mince, an egg and lots of different spices. I made my own ketchup with tomato purée and apple cider vinegar. Today I learned that in roughly ten months I have lost almost 33 pounds 😍. I realize that this is not a huge victory given it’s been an entire year, however, this has been with changing my diet only. Everyone once in a while you just gotta stir things up! Last night’s edition of #whatsinthefridge was a quick and easy stir fry with @applegate organic roasted red pepper chicken sausage, @greengiant riced veggies and fresh veggies from @wholefoods and @keyfoodmarketplacebk all sautéed in some @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil and @traderjoes everyday seasoning. It took less than 30 minutes to put this all together and I had leftovers for lunch today.

Mel wanted omelettes for his breakfasts this week, so we chopped green peppers, onions, mushrooms & garlic- sautéed everything & added a few slices of cooked compliant bacon.
