The foods I eat on a regular basis are whole grains, fruits and vegetables, complete protein sources, essential fats, legumes and low calorie sauces.
My meal plan consists of foods I enjoy and a well balanced macronutrient breakdown to achieve my goals over the medium to long term.
Most importantly I enjoy what I eat on a regular basis and I am not afraid to make something different like the meal above to fit my calorie consumption.
