I've slowly started trying to get back into exercise by doing what my body allows and also what time allows. I found some quick workouts on YouTube and they are pretty cool. I did this one this morning, it was fun, required no equipment and in only 15 minutes I worked up a good sweat. I even modified the one exercise as my abdominals are still not strong enough to do a star crunch with good form so I just did normal crunches instead. It was a good way to start the day and I think I'm going to try out some of her other exercise videos next week.
