Yet another PR blunder from West Ham United after having their vice chairman apologise to the supporters in a newspaper column which she gets paid to write. If she truly wanted to communicate directly to the fans, it would have been ideal to publish a statement on the West Ham website listing the things that the board have done wrong, along with the possible solutions which can take this club forward. All this article really shows is that they STILL don't understand anything about the issues that we're facing. There's still no mention of net spend, only our outlays and gross spending figures. Mostly referring to our players wages and how much they're being paid. Yes we're paying them well Karen, but they are nowhere near the quality of a top seven side. Also we do not own this stadium, therefore how is it even possible to bring in architects? Why have you only just acknowledged this farce? We've been struggling since we've left Upton Park and now we're in deep sh**. Get your act together!
