My commitment was like a yoyo and sometimes I found breaks in my training.
Training with Fitness Hub 21 is hardwork but in a few short months I've absolutely begun to feel fitter, leaner and definitely stronger. With sessions needed to be prebooked and the occasional nudge from Lisa, when I forget to book, I've managed to train consistently 3-4 times a week.
As the groups are much smaller, 2-4 max during a personal training session, I get a lot of attention from Lisa and Lucy and they ensure I do the exercises properly, and I'm constantly trying to maximise each rep. I love my work out sessions, they're fun, informative and both trainers are extremely experiences, yet very approachable and always available during and after sessions for support and feedback. The equipment is really extensive and always available during sessions.
I definitely feel much stronger and toned!
