Because one thing I’ve found is— it’s surprisingly pretty easy to eat keto at any restaurant you go to.
It’s just a matter of knowing what you can, and can’t have.
My number one tip for eating out on keto is:
P L A N 👏🏻 A H E A D.
If you know what restaurant you are going to, look at the menu online ahead a time.
A lot of restaurants have their menus online these days and it’s a lot easier to see what they offer and know what you are getting before you get there.
Something I’m also known for doing is googling the restaurant name and “keto” behind it 😋 And a WHOLE search pops up that helps YOU figure out what’s keto at that restaurant, helps you stay on track with your goals and still allows you to go out, socialize with your family and friends 🥰

I usually stick with the garlic parmesan (0 net carbs). Also, sad.. I know.. but no fries! Go for the side of celery and carrots! A side of ranch and BOOM! 🔥
