A year ago I would have never posted a picture with my stomach showing. It's always been my least favourite body part, and biggest insecurity. Ever since signing up for this coaching thing though, I've been super motivated with my workouts. I've been waking up earlier, feeling more energetic, more confident, and more fulfilled. I see myself getting stronger, and feeling more fit. I just want to say that small changes day by day result in big results. My body will probably never be perfect but I am so thankful for all it has & will accomplish. "Whether you tell yourself you can or you can't, you are right." Mindset is everything. #challengetowardschange
Currently looking for more boss babes to join my tribe! So if you're inspired by my posts, and want to know more about this coaching opportunity that has truly changed my life, I would love to hear from you!

This 2012 Bodega @CatenaWines Zapata D. V. Catena Adrianna’s Vineyard Malbec was a great find.
Adrianna’s Vineyard is considered to be South America’s Grand Cru with a limited cultivation of vines growing in the coolest climate in Mendoza, Argentina.
The wine is deep reddish purple in color. The aromas include ripe dark fruit, vanilla and some floral notes. This complex wine has flavors of dark berries, dark chocolate and baking spices with soft tannins that lead to a long finish. Delicious! I usually keep my wine aside when eating a spicy meal but surprisingly this wine was robust enough to drink with a spicy goat stew I was eating.
I’d rather have rosés on my table than diamonds around my neck. @vievite
My seat tonight from our monthly wine club - a heavenly sight if I ever did see one We tasted 2 blind flights of 6. The first turned out to be Chateauneuf du Papes from 2006-2011, my favorite being the 2006 Clos de Papes CDP. The second blind flight was a selection of Cabs or Cab blends from all from different countries – including Slovenia (a first for me!) My favorite of that flight was the 2006 Tenuta Dell Ornellaia, hands down. #gimme#wineclub#deliciousness
Snack time! Cabernet Sauvignon meet dried can grapes dipped in dark chocolate. Yum.
Hello guys! Is anyone up for some champagne and oysters? Great pairing with some saline champagne. Laurent Perrier is a brand I have always trusted, making decent quality and the good and standard "taste of Champagne". I wish you all a nice week!

Little man is down and it’s time for Daddy to get work...with a glass of Malbec!
I am not gonna lie I am lovin my new “Blue Apron” style wine note cards from my new wine club. They recommend pasta and meatballs with this vino and I am all over it. I am making a little Rigatoni and Red sauce with Lil Man’s Earth’s Best Mini Meatballs! #boom
Where are my Malbec drinkers at? What’s your favorite?
I am not gonna lie...this one ROCKS! And it’s not because it was Free with my wine club! It really is delicious and I have consumed a ton of Malbec in my years!
Growing now: Walla Walla Valley Syrah, a.k.a. the grape you lose your mind over. Incredibly terroir-expressive, it can taste wildly different from place to place—even just across the Walla Walla Valley AVA. : @vitnerd
