Having a little stare-down with 2019 ๐Ÿ˜Ž Whoโ€™s ready?Thank you for sharing your words that summed up your 2018, I really loved reading these. What about 2019 intension words... I started choosing a word at the beginning the year a few years ago, having a strong word as an intension really helps me to stay on track and make decisions with (a little) less overthinking ๐Ÿ˜‰. When I feel uncertain about a decision I just ask โ€œis that getting me closer or further from my word/intension for the yearโ€ last years word for me was ACTION, Iโ€™m still working on my 2019 word. Have you noticed a change in your breathing lately? So many of my clients sighing yawning and naturally exhaling longer this week. Its natures 'rest and digest' forcing her way through to balance you. So don't hold back!!
Periodic sighing is also a sign of over breathing and can indicate that poor sleep is on its way. So once you've identified the natural sigh, identify the need to slow down your breathing to a gentle quiet breath with then a natural pause.

De ervaring van... Mariska

Ik ben in contact gekomen met Michael via een vriendin van mij. Zij was zo enthousiast dat ik het ook wilde proberen. Ging als therapeut zelf op de bank. Heerlijk. Ik wilde een oogkapje op want heb anders de neiging om te kijken wat iemand doet.

Al heel snel ging ik in een diepe ontspanning. Geen idee wat hij aan het doen was maar maakte helemaal niet uit. Voelde de disconnectie tussen mijn linker en rechter lichaamshelft. Alsof de linker helft niet bij mij hoorde.
Door de behandeling ervaar ik een verandering in mij.
Was al bezig met proces van verandering maar de behandelingen van Michael helpen mij, geven mij meer basis en een gevoel van rust. Een duwtje in de juiste richting omdat we als mens soms wat hulp kunnen gebruiken.

Over split stretching (advanced): This is the next step once you are flat in your splits on the floor, itโ€™s also a great way to get flat in your splits if you are almost there as it allows you extra space. All you have to do is elevate your front foot, you can start as low as a yoga block and work your way up.
Tips: ๐ŸŒธ keep your hips square
๐ŸŒธ try get your hands flat on the floor
๐ŸŒธ lean forward for more hamstring ๐ŸŒธ back for hip flexor
๐ŸŒธ Be gentle and listen to your body on this one.
