Hoooooooly sh#t ... this sucked nicely. I planned to make around 10 cals every minute and finish in about half an hour but ... it took me longer. "Stolen" by @theforgeconcept from a few weeks ago. I can not wait to workout in classes again, together with other athletes, because today it was just me, the bike, the floor, my headphones and sunny hot desert outside the window. Sucks even more.
